Matter. Silence. Movement.

Between land and sea, Valérie Dehem creates inner landscapes where matter becomes movement, trace and memory.

Available works

Three collections, one visual language: layered depth, balanced forms and the quiet energy of colour.

01

Mineral Earth

Mineral compositions evoking layers of earth, geological time and the quiet strength of organic forms.

02

Mineral Pebbles

Silent volumes intertwine and find their balance — a gentle tension between strength, space and harmony.

03

Ocean View

Vast, shifting blue spaces shaped by light, depth and the sensation of an infinite horizon.

The practice

Painting what remains after the landscape.

Valérie Dehem develops a sensitive abstraction shaped by the earth, the ocean and traces of the living world. Relief, texture and gesture reveal organic compositions where mineral strength meets movement.

Her early geometric abstraction, inspired by the city, has evolved into a freer and more organic language. Rather than depicting a place, she seeks to convey its sensation: depth, energy and presence.
